Design, build, hosting and every change after launch, under one monthly fee. The build is included. The people who make your site are the people who answer in year three.
A project has an end date. The site launches, the team moves on, and the asset that was supposed to earn for five years gets attention for three months of them. Everything after that is priced as an exception. A change order. A support ticket. A rebuild in year three, once the neglect becomes visible to customers.
We do not sell projects. We sell a standing engagement. The build is included in the monthly fee because the build is not the point. The point is the sixty months after it.
Five things that are true of every engagement.
One fee, for the build and for the life of the site.
Structure, layout and words produced for you. No purchased template and no filler text left in place at launch.
Written as modern code. Pages load fast, there is no plugin surface to exploit, and nothing depends on a third party continuing to maintain it.
Included and ours to run. Daily backups, continuous uptime monitoring, and someone on the other end of the alert. When something fails it alerts us, and the first you usually hear of it is the note saying it is fixed.
Text, images, prices, new pages, new sections. Real work hours reserved for you each month, on whatever the site needs.
Clean structure, fast pages, correct titles and descriptions, and indexing configured properly at launch rather than retrofitted later.
A new section, a feature, a campaign page. Scoped and quoted in advance at published rates.
Here is what happens, and what we need from you.
A working session on what the site is for, who it speaks to, and what it needs to do. We collect existing content, brand assets and access. You spend roughly [90 minutes] on this and very little after it.
You get · a structure and a content planYou see real pages, not a presentation. Your content, your layout, on desktop and on a phone. This is the round where changes are cheapest, so we ask for direct feedback rather than approval.
You get · a working site to react toThe full site goes live on your domain. Redirects from the old site, indexing, analytics and search console configured. Nothing about the handover requires you to do anything technical.
You get · a live site, indexedThe relationship continues on the same terms. Your monthly hours begin the month after launch, and the same people stay on the account.
You get · everything, in your nameChoose by how much the site will change. Every engagement includes the full build, hosting, security and the same people throughout.
Prices in USD. No setup fee. Work beyond the monthly hours is scoped and quoted at published rates before it begins.
Agencies charging five figures for a build are not charging for the work. They are charging for a sales team, an account layer, a project manager, and the cost of winning the account in the first place. We do not carry those.
The engagement is also priced to last. A client who stays five years is worth more to us than a build fee, so there is no reason to extract everything in month one. The rate is low because the model is different, not because the work is thinner.
The site is yours. The code, the content, the domain and the accounts are in your name from the day they exist. Not at the end of a term, not after a payoff, not conditional on anything.
The twelve-month minimum exists because the build is front-loaded. We do the whole thing in the first three weeks and spread the cost across the year rather than charging for it up front. After that the engagement runs month to month, there is no exit fee, and if you leave we hand over everything and help you move hosting. The full terms are in the questions below.
The things worth asking before signing anything. If your question is not here, one of us will answer it directly.
Still have questions? →You do, entirely. The code, the content, the domain and the accounts are yours from the day they exist. Not at the end of a term, not after a payoff, not conditional on anything. If you leave, you leave with the site.
A short call, twenty minutes, where we look at what you have and tell you what we would do. If a fixed-fee project or keeping your current site is the better answer, we will say so.
